We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Team Leader to take charge of commercial market operations within the regions commercial/mediumsized commercial markets or across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing various business submodule processes and developing strong relationships with regional strategic business integrators. This role is pivotal in building a partner ecosystem that matches the needs of our customers and regions while also building our brands influence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in commercial market operations within designated regions overseeing the implementation of multiple business submodule processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional strategic business integrators leading efforts in building a matching partner ecosystem.
- Take the initiative in planning and organizing regionallevel branding activities serving as a core member of business organizations in key cities with responsibility for business goals.
- Act as a key contributor to the business market ensuring successful operation across multiple domains.
- Serve as the sales owner for integrators in the commercial market responsible for commercial service revenue and the management of commercial integrators orders and revenues.
- Focus on increasing the share of key integrators by building a healthy business integrator circle executing precision marketing and guiding product and solution adaptation.
- Ensure the achievement of business market and sales targets operation indicators and the health of the market landscape and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or above in IT Marketing Sales Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Proven track record of managing and working with teams.
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
- Insight and planning for business integrators development and relationship building.
- Strong brand influence and connectivity.
- Support for integrator sales continuous cooperation and climate building.
- Indepth product knowledge particularly in datacom storage and optical products.
- Understanding of partner policy and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in customer sales partner sales enablement and required knowledge for partner managers.
