Job Description:
The Linux Technician will be responsible for onsite installation, cluster integration, testing, debugging, custom configurations, hardware building, and hardware and software troubleshooting. This role will some travel for system deployments at customer facilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair/replace computer hardware/software issues.
• Build, configure and test servers, workstations, laptop and PCs.
• Experience with CentOS, Fedora, or Red Hat.
• Document software installation procedures.
• Server racking and cabling.
