Overview:
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) MBBS Doctor plays a crucial role in providing medical care and support to patients within the organization. They are responsible for the initial assessment diagnosis and treatment of patients as well as managing their ongoing care and monitoring their progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial patient assessments and examinations.
- Providing medical care and treatment for patients.
- Managing emergency medical situations effectively.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and medical records.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participating in medical rounds and case discussions.
- Communicating with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
- Following standard operating procedures and protocols for patient care.
- Attend to medical and surgical emergencies.
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a Doctor.
- Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
- Excellent clinical diagnosis and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong knowledge of emergency medicine and critical care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in patient assessment and documentation.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and be oncall as required.
