Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial patient assessments and examinations.
• Providing medical care and treatment for patients.
• Managing emergency medical situations effectively.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and medical records.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participating in medical rounds and case discussions.
• Communicating with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
• Following standard operating procedures and protocols for patient care.
• Attend to medical and surgical emergencies.

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice as a Doctor.
• Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
• Excellent clinical diagnosis and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medicine and critical care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in patient assessment and documentation.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and be oncall as required.
