Job Description

Senior UX/UI Designer Role:

• Collaborate with UX business and IT teams
• Develop intuitive user interface designs for web and mobile
• Seniorlevel leadership role with a focus on integrity and servant leadership
• Ability to articulate design decisions and represent design direction

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders for bestinclass digital experiences
• Advocate for UX standards and methods
• Interface with leadership to drive product direction
• Lead colleagues in cocreation and process improvement

Skills Required:

• 3 years in digital user experience design
• Mastery in UX design principles wireframing and prototyping
• Proficiency in industrystandard design tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and UI frameworks
• Experience with design systems and operations
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Bachelors degree in UX or related field or equivalent experience
