Job Description

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the online support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer support processes and procedures - Work closely with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to online customer support - Train and mentor team members to maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems and online support tools - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Benefits: - Travel and spending expenses - Dental insurance - Parental leave - Opportunities for professional development and growth Working Environment: At United Development Company, we believe in injecting a sense of joy and vibrancy into our work environment.
