Lead Service Delivery Executive Logistics

About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region;
  
• Lead and manage escalations working closely with cross functional teams as main point of contact;
  
• Support customers for endtoend operational activities including onboarding and review of requirements;
  
• Lead process improvement and implementation initiatives working closely with internal crossfunctional teams to define plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner;
  
• Oversee and ensure that SLAs are met and attend to customer enquiries;
  
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details;
  
• Engage in inbound and outbound operational activities;
  
• Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input;
  
• Work closely with internal teams and departments on review and stocking of inventory;
  
• Support regional service delivery projects.
  

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
  
• Experience managing import and export activities in the Asia Pacific region;
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  
• Knowledge of SAP;
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  
• Meticulous and detailoriented;
  
• Able to work well independently as well as effectively in a team;
