Our law firm client is seeking an Associate to join their stellar team in their Glendale CA office.
In office requirements: Must be in office at least 1 day per week. Must be able to do court appearances.
Salary Range: $100000 $145000 (14 years of experience). 4% increase for every additional year of experience.
Job Description:
- Litigate in federal court specializing in employee benefits law.
- Manage cases collaborate with paralegals and attend court hearings.

Responsibilities:
- Handle federal court litigation focusing on employee benefits.
- Conduct legal research draft documents and communicate with clients and courts.
- Contribute to a collegial work environment and firm culture.
Qualifications:
- California Bar admission required.
- 13 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures beneficial.
- Strong research writing and communication skills.
