Handle daytoday client interactions escalating issues and impediments as require
Run/host client Zoom/Teams meetings
Prepare implementation schedules and coordination between installation vendor and site pointsofcontact
Coordinate with onsite/vendor conference room technical obtain electronic footprint surveys or conduct remote/electronic surveys with custom conference room build team and client
Coordinate with both USA/Canadian signage personnel and AV engineers to facilitate vendors design of Custom Conference rooms to determine AsIs and ToBe configurations order inventory facilitate logistics of deliveries and installation teams
Coordinate all required quotes equipment purchases installation coordination and followup of work deficiencies or issues as they arise
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Facilitate clear and timely communication between crossfunctional teams project managers technical staff and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify potential risks related to projects and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the plan
