Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Bachelors Degree in any field. (Five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted)
  • Senior level project coordinator experience
  • 35 years of vendor relationship management experience
  • Excellent project management skills and communication skills
  • Detailoriented
  • Accounting and financial transaction knowledge
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Good listening skills with the ability to think outside of the box with creative solutioning
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and stressful situations
  • Ability to handle project and client ambiguity and provide suggestions to improve work/vendor processes
Responsibilities
  • Job Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions (Essential functions as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act may include the following tasks knowledge skills and other characteristics

  • Handle daytoday client interactions escalating issues and impediments as require
  • Run/host client Zoom/Teams meetings
  • Prepare implementation schedules and coordination between installation vendor and site pointsofcontact
  • Coordinate with onsite/vendor conference room technical obtain electronic footprint surveys or conduct remote/electronic surveys with custom conference room build team and client
  • Coordinate with both USA/Canadian signage personnel and AV engineers to facilitate vendors design of Custom Conference rooms to determine AsIs and ToBe configurations order inventory facilitate logistics of deliveries and installation teams
  • Coordinate all required quotes equipment purchases installation coordination and followup of work deficiencies or issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between crossfunctional teams project managers technical staff and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively identify potential risks related to projects and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the plan
