HR Recruitment Specialist Female
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Posting job openings on various platforms and utilising social media for recruitment.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms.
Maintaining accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping
Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office suite
Requirements
Location: Riyadh KSA
Job Type: Fulltime
Education: Bachelors degree in HR or Business related field
Experience: 35 years in HR or Business / Recruitment.
Fluent in English and Arabic languages MBA degree is a plus Knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment
