Job Description

Job Description: Receptionist
Position: Receptionist
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Salary: 6k 7k for Fresher / 12k for experienced
Work Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Working Days: 6 days


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate persons or departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Provide information to visitors regarding company facilities and services.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage visitor signin and signout processes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail filing and photocopying.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Relay messages and information accurately and promptly to relevant parties.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries professionally and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with coordinating events meetings and conferences as needed.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers fax machines and photocopiers.
Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols.
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
