### Job Description: Receptionist

**Location:** surat
**Position:** Receptionist
**Experience:** 23 years
**Education:** Bachelor s Degree

#### Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in a similar role excellent communication skills and a presentable appearance. You will play a vital role in ensuring our front office runs smoothly and efficiently.

#### Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for meetings and events.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing data entry and managing correspondence.
Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
Support other departments as needed with various tasks.

#### Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in any field.
23 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customerfacing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
