Responsibilities

• Handling customs clearances accurately and timely.
• Liaising with internal teams (both UK and international) & external suppliers to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of shipping documents invoices and related paperwork.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they have the uptodate status of all movements.
• Invoicing in a timely and precise manner including processing purchase invoices and immediate payments.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensuring admin tasks are kept up to date
