Position Available: Facilities Manager (Maintenance Focus)
Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and handson Facilities Manager with a strong background in maintenance particularly in control and instrumentation. This role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves maintain equipment uphold our ISO9001 quality system and readily assist in various departments when needed. We need a utility player who can support multiple areas and ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of equipment maintenance focusing on control and instrumentation systems.
Ensure compliance with our ISO9001 quality system and implement necessary procedures.
Perform handson maintenance tasks to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.
Assist in other departments as required demonstrating a willingness to muck in and support the team.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in maintenance preferably with a focus on control and instrumentation.
Handson approach to problemsolving and maintenance tasks.
Familiarity with ISO9001 quality systems and relevant compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support various departments.
