YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle for our clients projects from initiation to closure
• Develop and maintain project plans including scope schedule budget and resource
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Utilise project management software such as Zoho Projects
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address project issues and risks
• Implement project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile as appropriate
• Present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor and control project budgets timelines and resources Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Desired Skills Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration Project Management)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using project management software (e.g. Salesforce ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Agile)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
• Experience working with crossfunctional teams
