Long Term Developer with 10 years .NET experience Onsite 3 days a week in Richmond VA

**Mgr requests vendors ONLY submit candidates who already live in Richmond VA
**LongTerm position requires onsite 3 days a week at 1401 East Broad Street Richmond VA
**Assignment to be extended beyond 6/30 possibly 24 months
**Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking

Experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks JQuery React Angular or Blazor CSS3 and HTML5experience

Primary responsibilities include:

Ability to develop applications and backend services using C# ASP.NET MVC Web API Java Script JQuery Angular JS Node.js CSS and Blazor.
Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainability.
Write effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high quality software delivery.
Indepth knowledge of system design patterns tiered architecture and testing practices.
Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Web Application development experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks JQuery React Angular or Blazor CSS3 and HTML5 Required 10 Years
Experience with Automated Builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Required 10 Years
Experience with Oracle SQL Server Database Required 7 Years
Experience with PL/SQL and using Oracle Database Required 7 Years
Experience with Process automation and troubleshooting Required 7 Years
Experience with Agile SDLC best practices
