Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage emergency medical cases that arrive during the night shift
• Supervise and oversee the functioning of the ICU during the night hours
• Provide roundtheclock critical care to patients in the ICU
• Assess and stabilize patients during medical emergencies
• Conduct regular checkups and monitor the condition of patients in the ICU
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless care transitions between shifts
• Attend to any urgent medical cases that may arise during the night
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Respond to codes and other medical emergencies in the hospital
• Communicate effectively with patients families and staff members
• Assist in medical procedures and interventions as necessary

• Maintain a safe and clean environment within the ICU

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license with the ability to practice as an EMO
• Completed internship and residency training in Emergency Medicine
• Previous experience in managing critical and emergency cases in an ICU setting
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and procedures
• Capability to make quick and sound medical decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary medical team
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care
• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle oncall responsibilities
