Chief Financial Officer -HOSPITALITY AND REAL ESTATE – Bahraini national

Responsible for providing operational and administrative support while setting overall financial policies, overseeing financial reporting, managing financial systems, and controlling processes. They play a crucial role in strategic planning, risk management, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the CFO oversees internal controls, contracts, succession planning, and insurance matters. They are also involved in meetings, policy formulation, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are desirable

Compensation: Open compensation starting with

Salary cap of BHD 5,535 (including allowances). Additionally, we are offering the following benefits:

• Reimbursement for schooling expenses for two children aged 5-18, with an annual combined cap of BD 8,500 per year.

• Performance Bonus based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a target multiplier of 3 times the basic salary and a maximum of 5 times the basic salary.
