Job Description
- Lead, inspire and motivate store teams to achieve top and bottom line targets
- Monitor and review activities of all support functions against pre-determined targets that are set as per the AOP including productivity increase & improving efficiency
- Work closely with Area Manager / CM – Operations to develop and implement manpower plan and budget for the store
- Work closely with the Area Manager to set targets for each category within the store and communicate targets to each team within the store
