Export Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• To develop and execute comprehensive export marketing plans to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue growth.
• To identify and evaluate market trends competitive analysis consumer behavior and to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
• To collaborate with crossfunctional teams; and ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• To drive ecommerce initiatives and optimize online sales channels including website optimization SEO SEM and social media marketing.
• To manage relationships with international distributors wholesalers and retail partners to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
• To analyze sales performance data market insights and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• To stay abreast of industry developments emerging technologies and best practices in ecommerce and international marketing.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration International Business or its equivalent.
• A masters degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 45 years of experience in export marketing ecommerce or international business development.
• Proven experience in international business management preferably in the baby product industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
