Key Responsibilities:
- Follow company Asia strategy to create and update yearly strategy and objectives of Sales and Marketing function;
- Develops sales management capabilities and build a cohesive and highperformance team;
- Develop new business opportunities in targeted industry sectors (nonconsumer industries);
- Create relevant policies and budget plan to support the sales target (incentive policy bidding procedure etc.);
- Establish & enhance customer intimacy with decision makers of potential customers analyze and understand customer strategies future product plans and
growth activities in order to establish penetration strategies for new market
opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships make convincing proposals and negotiate contracts;
- Provides sound leadership management coaching and training to sales and marketing team.
- Present sales target & progress as well as the deployment of sales strategy to the management
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory Masters degree is preferred;
- Minimum 10 years sales & marketing experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industry with at least 5 years at sales management position; experience in Asia and Europe market is preferred;
- A businessdriven person with strong business and commercial sense as well as proven track record of profitable business growth;
- Strong leadership to drive and inspire performance of sales teams;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customeroriented and commercial mindset;
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Mastering a third language is a good plus.
- Frequent business travel is required.
