Position Title: Sales RepresentativeWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000 Php 45000
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 12:00 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities as a Sales Representative:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues.
Stay uptodate on industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements
Qualifications as a Sales Representative:
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques with the ability to effectively prospect qualify leads and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
