Roles and Responsibilities
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends market activities and competitors.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with potential customers.
- Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information.
- Staying current on industry trends competitive offerings and new technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Experience and Qualification
- Bachelors in relevant or similar field
- 0 to 1 year experience (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (for entry-level). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to learn and grow in a sales role. Ability to work independently. Basic understanding of IT concepts (preferred). Experience: No prior experience required for entry-level positions. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus for candidates with relevant experience.
