Job Description

OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This individual contributing role works towards achieving set monthly targets in the assigned routes in line with company and principal objectives. Works with specified defined set guidelines such as fixed journey plan, availability model and specific sales initiatives. Decision making limited to immediate and everyday issues and works within specifically defined division and principal guidelines and procedures, will be responsible for driving expedited growth in designated sales territories in the Qatar market, he/ she will monitor and guarantee the efficient distribution of the company’s products, by running display and promotion activities, as well as rendering a professional level of services to the customers in the assigned territory. The role foresees working in close collaboration with the distributors and business partner personnel’s.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

  • Min 3-4 Years’ Experience as a Cash Van Sales Representative in FMCG/ OTC distribution company Knowledge in Qatar Market ,Pharma Channel
  • Establish good relationship with customer network
  • Good Knowledge in Customer Base of Well-Known Pharma Chain Across Qatar.
  • Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG or OTC.
  • Extensive experience in working in key distributors and customers
  • Experience in channel development and distribution management
  • Ensure distribution of the products
  • Merchandising stock and Good Knowledge in Non- Food & Food.
  • Good Understanding in FIFO and LELO of Products Shelf Live.
  • Stock rotation, Returns & collections in Accounts.
  • Support new product introductions.
  • Operate efficiently allocating proper time for each customer.
  • Update the data base of Trade Assets
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive competition activity report.
  • Provide leave coverage when required
  • Manual and Automatic License.
  • Extensive Experience in Warehouse and Logistics Operations including Loading, Inventory, and Transfers.
  • Team player & with Growth Mindset

Analysis & People Management, Innovation

  • Analyses and reports new store openings
  • When required mentors new sales team members
  • Improvement of Share Of Shelf and excellence in marketing execution of activities
  • Provides feedback to the next level on the distribution issues.
