Your Day to Day

As a Conference & Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the proactive sales and management of conferences, meetings, weddings, and other special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, create bespoke event proposals, and ensure flawless execution from conception to completion

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort, with a focus on conferences, events, and banquets
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and proposals
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
