JOB TITLE: Brand Acqusitions Manager

EXPERIENCE: 45 years

COMPENSATION: 3.6 6 LPA

LOCATION Okhla phaseDELHI
TIMINGS: 10:30 7:30 Flexible 9 Hours Buffer time till 11 Monday Saturday Last Sat Off
NOTICE PERIOD: 30 Days

NO OF ROUNDS: 3 (Same Day)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Brand Acquisition Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing as the goto reel production service provider. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships generating leads and pitching our services to brands and businesses. This is an individual contributor role where your efforts will directly impact our growth and success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels including but not limited to cold calls email outreach networking and industry events.
Pitching Services: Craft persuasive pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value of reel production services to potential clients.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients through phone calls emails and inperson meetings to understand their specific needs provide solutions and build longlasting relationships.
Market Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor offerings and client needs to tailor your pitches and strategies effectively.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the video production team to ensure seamless execution of projects and to align client expectations with the services provided.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions leads and sales activities using CRM software.
Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales business development or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel for inperson meetings as needed. Familiarity with the Influencer industry is a plus.
