Key Summary:As the Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Singapore you will oversee the daytoday operations of the gym drive member engagement and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of gym operations including staffing scheduling and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention rates.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for members ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in gym management or related field with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities dedicated to enhancing member experiences.
