Appointment Setter Small Business Funding Established Finance Firm


Position Overview:

Successful referral financial lending institution is seeking a fulltime qualified professional to join their winning team for the new entrylevel position of Appointment Setter. Position openings currently available. Client seeks an energetic sales professional interested in helping their business grow by using the companys proven formula and client management system. Appointment Setters are trained by the firm and given guidance within specific industries to solicit loan applications from qualified business owners who are currently seeking working capital funding. This is a 100% sales position.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Set qualified sales appointments with loan officers and processors via CRM.
  • Contribute to and maintain data within CRM in order to insure accountability.
  • Perform data entry by logging activity and report activity daily into CRM.
  • Directly responsible and accountable for producing qualified leads and appointments between prospects and sales personnel to assist in meeting company objectives.
  • Contribute to team effort on a daily weekly monthly basis to meet the firms average standards of outbound calls generate leads set appointments and help sales in meeting their monthly objectives.
  • Keep management informed of opportunity activities issues related to appointments introductions and objections that require escalation and management sales interaction.
  • Apply trained communication techniques and adhere to internal policies to ensure consistency and continuity.
  • Contact B2B and B2C customers in person and obtain customer information.
  • Describe products and services to open qualified leads.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • 6 months of selling experience or HS Diploma
  • Good oral communication
  • Friendly customer interaction
  • CRM data entry skills required



Benefits

COMPENSATION: FullCommission plus Bonus. No experience necessary we will train based on education and skill set.
