You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe client is looking for a Dispatch support role. The primary function will be to handle inbound emergency calls during Shifts 9:00 AM5:30 PM which includes one unpaid 30minute lunch. The client would like to start with a threemonth contract that may be extended up to six months.
Hybrid role. For the first two weeks of training the candidate will work the 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST shift.
Answer gas leak line and create gas leak orders Facilitate emergency appointments
Contact customers to provide appointment updates and/or reschedule missed appointments.
Assist dispatch with daily reportinglogistics AM/PM order reports.
Assist dispatch supervisor with Board of Public Utility reports when necessary.
Assist scheduling department with outbound calls mark outs and reporting when applicable.
Provide business support for field operationsaccount review order creation etc.
Performs other related departmental duties as required.
