Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Quantity Surveyor should be able to make Tenders BOQ Costing etc.
- Ensure that all Designs and Technical specification are translated into standard and acceptable instructions drawings BOQ s etc
- Oversee the integration of MEP and Structural design portions
- Choose the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
- Adapt specification and details according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- Inspect supervise check and evaluate the construction works on site
- Prepare project time schedule
- Prepare Cost Budgets
- Coordinate with Structural MEP and other outside consultants
- Make sure the project is running according to schedule and budget
- Make sure the contractor and all other vendors involved in the construction process are on the same page and work together towards the same goal
- To shortlist vendors
- Coordinate with consultants vendors site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
- To carryout quality checks and confirm quality standards & certify work done at site in line with specifications
Profile fitment:
- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computeraided design (CAD)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Organizational project management and planning skills
- Proven working experience as quality surveyor
- Tendering for all new projects.
- Bill certification of vendors for all projects.
- Developing BOQ quantity surveyor Costing Project Estimation Project Engineer Execution project scheduling
- Should be willing to travel across India
