Quantity Sueveyor

• The Quantity Surveyor should be able to make Tenders BOQ Costing etc.
• Ensure that all Designs and Technical specification are translated into standard and acceptable instructions drawings BOQ s etc
• Oversee the integration of MEP and Structural design portions
• Choose the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
• Adapt specification and details according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
• Inspect supervise check and evaluate the construction works on site
• Prepare project time schedule
• Prepare Cost Budgets
• Coordinate with Structural MEP and other outside consultants
• Make sure the project is running according to schedule and budget
• Make sure the contractor and all other vendors involved in the construction process are on the same page and work together towards the same goal
• To shortlist vendors
• Coordinate with consultants vendors site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
• To carryout quality checks and confirm quality standards & certify work done at site in line with specifications

• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computeraided design (CAD)
• Strong mathematical skills
• Organizational project management and planning skills
• Proven working experience as quality surveyor
• Tendering for all new projects.
• Bill certification of vendors for all projects.
• Developing BOQ quantity surveyor Costing Project Estimation Project Engineer Execution project scheduling
• Should be willing to travel across India
