Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility engagement and growth across various platforms.
Job Role:
1. Regularly post content on various social media platforms including LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram to engage audiences and promote brand awareness.
2. Collaborate with the management team to develop social media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
3. Possess complete knowledge of social media platforms including their features algorithms and best practices.
4. Plan and execute both paid and unpaid social media campaigns to promote various products and services effectively.
5. Develop a calendar of social media postings throughout the year to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
6. Drive higher visibility and traffic to the company website and social media platforms through strategic content creation and engagement tactics.
7. Demonstrate an indepth understanding of different social media platforms and their respective audiences to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 34 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proactive adaptable and skilled in both strategic thinking and daytoday management of social media channels.
Salary:
- 4 5LPA Plus Incentives.
