Live 2 Help Recruitment are working with a company based in StokeOnTrent with an opportunity that has arisen for an IT Support worker

Salary: 24000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday. (39 hours per week)

Your responsibilities will include:

Deal with support issues via a ticket system.

Maintain user profiles email accounts and permissions

Maintain an inventory of IT assets Hardware and Software

Configure and installing computers laptops phones printers etc.

General hardware maintenance and troubleshooting

Support a factory that is heavily driven by data and IT systems

Server network WiFi and VOIP system maintenance

Knowledge:

Active directory

Windows desktop

Windows server

Microsoft 365

VOIP Telephony

LAN / WAN networking
