About the role Promote and sell Al Maha Services to walk-in customers, create bookings based on online/email requests and answer customer enquiries to achieve the assigned revenue targets within prescribed time frames. Assist the sales force in order to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional service to our customers inside and outside Qatar Airways along with efficiently handling day to day sales related activities following the standard procedures. Key accountabilities include: • Promote and sell Al Maha Services to walk-in customers to drive sales growth and meet sales targets. • Respond to customers' phone/email enquiries in a timely manner and generate sales from those enquiries. • Seek opportunities to upsell higher value Al Maha Services products to increase value and profitability per customer. • Check-in customers to the Al Maha Services lounge/sand manage lounge capacity appropriately to ensure the customer experience is optimized. • Provide support to the sales force to ensure increased awareness of Al Maha Services products/services by guiding them on the standard operating procedures and provide sufficient information. • Support business growth with corporate accounts and ensures all sales enquiries are directed to the Sales executives as potential new sales and revenues streams. • Consistently collect and send feedback from VIP and regular guests to the sales team and understand the service needs of the regular and VIP customers.
