Overview:Anytime Fitness Asia is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join our Philippine team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing training programs that empower our staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training content aligned with company objectives.
• Assess training needs through surveys interviews and collaboration with managers.
• Organize and manage training sessions workshops and seminars.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
• Stay current with training methods and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or a similar field.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of the latest training techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
