Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads architecture of all X66 Software, including program application, infrastructure software, and cyber.
- Works across Enterprise and Program Software teams to ensure a coherent software architecture amongst groups
- Coordinates with other functions, such as Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, and Safety, to shape overall software architecture and associated interfaces between groups.
- Reporting through ESPC Management, ensures Architecture is driven by Product-Line engineering (PLE) principals and uses a PLE feature-based approach to drive vertical and horizontal development.
- Architect shapes development activities including driving optimized software development pipelines and automatic testing of full software stacks within the Boeing Software Factory
