Job Description For Associate Sales Specialist (SL L1)


As an Associate Sales Specialist youll begin your journey in the sales realm focusing on learning the foundational aspects of sales processes and customer engagement. Your role involves prospecting leads initiating client outreach and supporting sales presentations. This position serves as a starting point for developing your skills and understanding within our sales team.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Should be capable of making sales vertical in our CRM software.
  • Should be able to create FAQs for the generic sales queries after reading our Knowledge base.
  • Prospect and qualify leads generated through various channels such as Google Meet call
  • Conduct cold calls and emails and followup calls and emails to potential clients.
  • Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends.
  • Prepares sales presentations to pitch products and its service and combination packages to clients
  • Answers questions describes benefits and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
  • Should be able to go on enterprise calls.
  • Should be able to do cross selling and upselling of the produc
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.





Requirements

Requirements:
    • Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or related field preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.
