Sales Manager
As Sales Manager you are responsible for sales of PlasticFri products. You will get to work through all parts and steps in the sales cycle from planning and prospecting lead generation to customer relationship building and closing of contracts as well as after sales/customer support all with the aim to increase revenue. You will work closely with our Business Developers Key Account Managers and Marketing & Communications team members and collaborate on commercial opportunities. Being part of a scaleup we expect you to constantly look for opportunities to improve our ways of working and help implement new ideas and evaluate and iterate. This is a chance for you to be exposed to all areas of sales and get lots or responsibility and learning opportunities while doing something great for our planet.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop sales plan and tactics and plans towards targets and forecasts
- Manage the full sales cycle; identify prospect qualify reach out develop relationships and close deals with the goal to drive new sales repeat sales and referrals and increase revenue growth
- Build long term customer relationships; anticipate and understand customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify negotiate and manage contracts with distributors and wholesalers globally
- Track and report sales metrics analyse data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness of sales and take action as needed
- Evaluate and iterate sales processes systems and best practice needed to enable exponential revenue growth
- Collaborate and communicate with other commercial functions to ensure alignment and synergy between sales and the overall business strategy
Ideal Candidate
In order to succeed in the role we believe that you have:
- 3 years of experience in international sales with B2B and/or B2B2B experience
- Successful track record of identifying and closing sales opportunities showcasing success in driving revenue growth
- Proven experience from working through the whole sales cycle with a strong sales toolkit: you can identify segment prospect qualify demonstrate negotiate and close deals
- Experience in using sales /CRM systems and tools
- Excellent people skills enjoying building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent sales presentation negotiation and communication skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in fast paced and changing environments and handle pressure
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Swedish
