Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) and expertise in implementing configuring and supporting various functional modules within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite.
This role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their HR business processes and requirements and designing and implementing solutions that optimize HR operations and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze HR business requirements across various functional areas including Core HR Talent Management Workforce Compensation Benefits Payroll Absence Management and Talent Acquisition.
Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet clientspecific requirements ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and deployment.
Provide expertise in Core HR processes including workforce structures organization hierarchies workforce records management and workforce modeling.
Configure and manage Talent Management modules including Performance Management Goal Management Succession Planning Career Development and Learning Management.
Configure and manage Compensation and Benefits modules including compensation plans salary structures benefits programs and eligibility rules.
Configure and manage Payroll modules including payroll processing payroll elements payroll flows tax reporting and statutory compliance.
Configure and manage Absence Management modules including leave types absence plans absence accruals absence entitlements and absence reporting.
Configure and manage Talent Acquisition modules including recruitment processes job requisitions candidate sourcing candidate screening and offer management.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and customize reports interfaces and data conversions to support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
Provide enduser training and support during Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and postgolive support phases.
Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM releases updates and new features and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant or similar role with a minimum of X years of experience.
Indepth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR Talent Management Compensation Benefits Payroll Absence Management and Talent Acquisition.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices across various industries.
Experience leading and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients stakeholders and team members.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality solutions and documentation.
Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s) is preferred.
