As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer you will:
  • Identify and define business solutions for HR users translating HR business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM developers on the configuration and development of the ServiceNow HRSD module including data imports and integrations with HR systems.
  • Assist with troubleshooting patch/release management for HRSD and develop UI forms fields notifications automation scripts integrations workflows and reports.
  • Design and implement service catalog workflows with approvals and work with the HR team to create and enhance the Employee Service Portal.
  • Create access control rules (ACLs) and validations across various workflows capture user stories and ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 810 years of experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.
  • Proficient in HR Case Management HR Knowledge Management Employee Service Center Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions Employee Document Management and Performance Analytics for HR.
  • Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) and directories (e.g. Active Directory) using LDAPs Web Services JDBC SFTP.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript Jelly Web Services XML HTML and CSS.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes.
  • Strong unit testing system integration testing performance testing user acceptance testing skills.

You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Work collaboratively within a project team and contribute constructively to team meetings and planning sessions.
  • Selfdirect and be detailoriented in completing assigned tasks efficiently ensuring high standards and quality of work.
  • Support users during User Acceptance Testing and provide necessary training to HRSD fulfillers and administration users.
