Role Description
This is a fulltime or part time remote role for a forward thinking self disciplined person (couples welcome also) with an entrepreneurial spirit. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all business operations including strategy development customer relationship management marketing and data entry. You will also be responsible for managing and prioritising daily tasks and objectives collaborating with team members and partners and leading their business toward greater success and growth.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills including the ability to inspire motivate and guide team members and partners toward shared goals and objectives
- Experience in business strategy development is a plus but not essential.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills including the ability to quickly analyse information and make informed decisions is ideal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships is key.
- High level of autonomy and selfmotivation including the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks is a must.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating and implementing innovative proven systems ideas and solutions is also a must.
- No experience needed full training and on going support provided.
