Our client is seeking to hire a Technical Sales Lead NonDairy to maximize profitable sales of specialty ingredient solutions within the NonDairy category in East Africa.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the key technical and business development point of contact for the company s principals sales team and customers.
2. Establish train and manage a topperforming team of technical sales resources.
3. Become an expert in the technologies features and benefits of the principal s products.
4. Manage key accounts ensuring retention and growth while maximizing crossselling opportunities.
5. Develop strategic sales plans and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
6. Plan and execute effective trials of solutions in customer facilities.
7. Recommend pricing requirements based on market trends and account knowledge.
8. Develop extensive knowledge of category trends and technologies.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Food Science and Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in the food industry with knowledge of food formulation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Strong business development and sales conversion skills.
