- Guide and mentor event coordinators, assistants and contractors during event execution
- Monitor events in real time and resolve issues as they arise to ensure smooth delivery
- Assess events through debriefs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Generate post-event reports with metrics, key takeaways and recommendations
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
