Construction and Project Assistant (For Civil Engineering and Architecture Graduate Only)
About the Client:
The Client is a prestigious Sydneybased boutique developer and master builder company that was officially formed in 2013. Their business focuses on the development of new residential buildings and we are committed to providing the highest caliber quality properties in the most prosperous welllocated sites.
The Administration & Project Assistant provides administrative support to the company in all aspects of the business from construction to property development including
- General admin tasks
- Assist the project construction team with documentation preparation
- Taking defects enquiries from homeowners/occupants and coordination the defect rectification process with owners and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
- Carry out marketing research and analysis based on different requests.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in construction or property development industry
- Experience in administrative role and knowledgeable about Australian Defects in Construction side.
- Professional and respectful manner attending calls mails and enquiries
- General understanding of construction process and property maintenance
- Ability to read drawings
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to details
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills including MS Word & Excel
- Highly motivated and strong work ethics
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
