Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician youll travel domestically and internationally working handson aboard vessels to perform maintenance repairs and commissioning services for our cuttingedge wastewater treatment and reverse osmosis systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting handson mechanical and electrical work
• Providing precise and professional job reporting
• Recording and compiling data for analysis
• Offering technical support to endcustomers
• Performing other general customer service tasks

Location: Hollywood Florida USABased in our Hollywood office youll have the opportunity to work closely with Port Miami and Port Everglades for local cruise ship support as well as service our yacht customers in West Palm Beach. Reliable personal transportation is a must for this role.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Valid passport and eligibility to work for a US company
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to perform work aboard vessels while docked or underway
• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience within the marine industry
• Good electrical and mechanical skills
• Prior experience in PLCs reverse osmosis systems pumps water quality instrumentation and PVC piping is preferred but not required
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Word and Excel
• Ability to manoeuvre ladders lift 30 pounds overhead and work in small confined spaces
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Customerfocused and resultsoriented attitude
