Finance Executive

At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a financial executive who is responsible for the financial oversight of an important company in the engineering sector ensuring its economic wellbeing and financial stability being the link between the executive management and the accounting area.

Location: Ho Chi Minh Vietnam

Functions

1. Fixed Asset Management: Coordinating asset inspections processing FA and ROU requests monitoring budget spending and generating reports.
2. General Accounting and Reporting: Managing general ledger processing period end adjustments and financial reporting.
3. Planning and Management Accounting: Cost accounting project costing and controls including provisions for inventory obsolescence warranties and interdepartmental allocations.
4. Forecasting and Budgeting Activities: Template preparation and Hyperion data inputs.
5. YearEnd Activities: Accrual processing for external vendor invoices schedules for the consolidation team and yearend rollover in SAP.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders
2. Or Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for nondegree holders
3. Good spoken and written English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well with business users
5. Effective communications and problemsolving skills
6. A team player and able to interact with coworkers.
7. Able to work independently and under tight timelines
8. Meticulous and good attention to details
9. Should have Finance Reporting experience from at least 1 of the following background:
Singapore company such as (Mapletree Keppel land Capital land Grab...)
MNC operating in Vietnam (Accenture...)
Possess experience working with Singapore clients
