Job Description

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training objectives. • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate the design and development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules. • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtual. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations for updates and enhancements to training programs. • Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to deliver specialized training programs. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development. • Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. • Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on the progress of training programs. Preferred Candidate: • At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the training and development field. • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple training projects simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective training solutions to address them. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience in the use of learning management systems and e-learning platforms. • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in training and development.
