Job Description
We are looking for an upscale fastcasual restaurant Sous Chef who has a peoplefirst handson management style.
Benefits:
- Base compensation based on a 50hour workweek paid hourly including overtime
- Achievable bonus up to $6000 annually up to $500 paid monthly averages 6075% companywide

Your Sous Chef background and abilities should include:
- 23 years of management experience in a scratch farmtotable kitchen with a regional or larger branded company
- $3 million annual revenue experience
- Good tenure with former employment
- Strong financial skills
- Proven ability to develop a kitchen team
