Job Description

Position Overview

We are accepting online applications from Neurodivergent Candidates for the position of Operations Support to provide technical support to end users in a mobile endpoint and global multisite infrastructure environment.


Please note that all information provided in this regard will remain confidential to people outside the program. The program provides jobspecific training job coaching and individualized support.


You will work with our client an industry leader in the global commodity trade and distribution market.

As an Operations Support you will:

  • Gather all operations documentation for bank submissions
  • Ensure that all documents are correctly signed endorsed notarized and chambered
  • Ensure documents are couriered and tracked to banks on time
  • Maintain a register of all documents handled and their current status
  • Invoice Submissions support and backup
  • Ensure that all imports exports and domestic purchase and sales data is uploaded correctly to the intranet
  • Reconcile all SFT inputs and outputs are reconciled monthly
  • Liaise with SFT consultant and operator to resolve issues promptly

Experience and Qualifications required: Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy. Microsoft Office competence, advanced skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel[MS1] [MG2] Communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple, clear, concise manner with internal and external clients Successful candidates may also have experience with some of the following (not required): Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to operate independently.
